14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If GenCatalog doesn't work as described, we'll refund your first annual payment within 14 days. No hoops, no hassle.
Eligible Refund Reasons
We will issue a full refund of the first annual payment if any of the following apply within 14 days of purchase:
- The application fails to install or launch on your supported system
- Core functionality does not work as described on our website
- A critical bug prevents you from using the software and we are unable to resolve it
- Accidental or duplicate subscription
How to Request a Refund
Email support@gencatalog.app with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days. If your refund is approved, Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, will return it to your original payment method. Most refunds arrive within 5-10 business days.
What's Not Covered
- Change of mind after 14 days — please evaluate the software within the refund window
- Third-party platform changes — if Grok, Higgsfield, or Digen change their platforms in ways that affect GenCatalog's extension, this is outside our control (though we actively maintain compatibility)
- Unsupported systems — GenCatalog supports macOS 10.15+ (Apple Silicon and Intel) and Windows 10+. Please verify system compatibility before purchasing.
Cancellation and Renewal
You can cancel at any time through the Lemon Squeezy Customer Portal or the subscription-management link in your receipt. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not end your current paid period early. New capture and other ways of adding work remain available through the paid-through date.
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the 14-day first-payment window has passed, except where required by law or where a billing error occurred. Contact us if something looks wrong—we will review it fairly.
What a Refund Changes
When a refund is processed, the subscription license stops authorizing new capture, imports, scans, and other ways of adding new work. GenCatalog does not delete your local files. After the first successful payment, everything already in your catalog remains available to browse, search, tag, organize, compare, export, back up, restore, and otherwise manage.
A refund ends future acquisition rights; it does not revoke permanent access to the existing library after a successful payment.
Need help? Contact us at support@gencatalog.app — we'd rather fix the issue than process a refund.
